Administrative Assistant – Part-time (24 hours min./week - Mon-Wed)

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic team-player to join our staff on a part-time basis, working a minimum of 24 hours per week from Monday to Wednesday. The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of Microsoft office, Outlook and other general administrative skills. This individual should be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment when needed and possess strong time management skills.

Job duties included in this position are as follows:

  • Printing and sorting timecards
  • Follow-up with contractors for missing or incomplete timecards
  • Follow-up with Clients for missing approvals
  • Email - Mail box management
  • Scanning documents and filing as needed
  • Sending PO/project information
  • Other projects/responsibilities as needed
