Johnson Service Group is looking for an Analytics & Reporting Analyst for an initial 3 month contract with possibility of extensions.  
Successful candidate will aid in the design, development, and implementation of our People analytics and data strategy. Our goal is to increase our analytical capabilities and derive actionable insights into our critical business issues, as well as create a scalable data infrastructure and user friendly reporting environment that can effectively support our growing company.
• Support People Analytics and Reporting Strategy
o Continually look for ways to improve regular delivery of standard analysis/reporting through automation, streamlining, and migration to self-serve platforms.
o Enhance our capability to analyze and “make sense” of large sets of data and translate findings in a visually appealing manner that tell a story and help us make better data driven decisions
o Prepare our organization for scale and help build with STG/BI a well-structured, easy to work with HR data warehouse that contains key business metrics in areas such as Quality of Hire, productivity, and resourcing
• Support the design of our People Analytics future state and help execute our multi-year roadmap
o Support the rationalization of current reporting inventory and establish future state reporting requirements
• Support HR Data project work streams
o Provide support to projects that improve our performance (e.g. Quality of Hire): requirements, discussions, problem solving, analytics, share insights, build solutions, drive change
o Support Business Reporting Needs
o Provide analytics and information to stakeholders to help address their business questions
o Create high quality analytics/reports and translate them into value added decisions and actions
o Develop dashboards to easily visualize critical business health metrics
Job Requirements
• Undergraduate degree required. Masters preferred. Prefer background in statistics, mathematics, computer engineering, technology, business
• 2-5 years of working experience preferred. Preferably working in data analytics and visualization, business intelligence, predictive modelling, or analytical consulting
• Advanced Excel, Access skills
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Hands on experience with one or more BI platforms (Oracle BI tools, Endeca, etc.)
• Prefer familiarity data visualization tools (Tableau, Endeca, Spotfire, etc.)
