Business Development Manager, Professional Services / Industrial / Manufacturing

(Location: Nationwide; Prefer: Texas, Arizona, Delaware, Colorado)

We have an excellent direct-hire, permanent career opportunity for a Senior Level Business Development Professional working for an international business and professional services consulting company in the U.S.  Unlimited compensation potential and excellent benefits available.

Responsibilities Include:

* Overall, responsible for growing a portfolio and pipeline of potential business, clients, and sales of professional and consultative services to a variety of manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, aerospace, mining, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, and other markets

* Lead business development activities targeting executive leadership customers and decision-makers

* Maintain strong knowledge of relevant industry trends, technologies, innovations, and business

* Implement business development initiatives including lead generation, sales strategy development, revenue generation, maintaining productive relationships, new sales /marketing, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

* B.S. Degree required, Masters Degree preferred

* 5+ years of industrial and manufacturing sector professional services sales / marketing, lead generation, and business development experience

* Knowledge, proficiency, or background in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, aerospace, mining, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, etc.

* Excellent verbal / written communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills working with, and building relationships with senior level corporate leadership

* Ability to travel U.S./nationwide or regionally 50-80% of the time
