Johnson Service Group (JSG) is searching for a traveling Change Management Consultant.  Will work remote and travel 80% of the time to US based clients.

  • This is a direct hire full-time position

  • 5+ years’ experience in a change management, operations process improvement, performance improvement or organizational development project role.
  • Preferred Industry experience:  Manufacturing, Heavy Industrial, MRO, Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Natural Resources, Oil & Gas and/or Building Material
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80%+).
  • Expertise in applying change leadership and/or change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to diagnose and affect cultural change.
  • Experience at design/roll-out of organization-wide communication strategies.
  • Work at board level with a track record in creating alignment at client executive management level and lead the facilitation of the senior management group.
  • Ability to build key relationships and reach agreement despite differing goals & priorities.
  • Excellent communication, team work and analytical skills/results-driven.
  • Education: BS degree and Master’s degree a plus
  • Certifications: Change Management Professional (CCMP, CMS CPCM …) a plus
  • Involvement with the: Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) also a plus


  • Establish professional business relationship with our client.
  • Deliver the identified outcomes to the client.
  • Develop and train company team members.
  • Create and implement behavioral and change management plans that work to drive faster adoption, employee proficiency, and higher ultimate utilization of the changes.
  • Deliver: On-The-Floor, Classroom or Multimedia training programs and one-on-one coaching of employees, supervisors, mid-level managers and executives.
  • Ability to work effectively through others in the organization to succeed, acting as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
