Client Communications Rep **3 openings**

4 month contract

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for providing up to date information and facilitating general inbound calls, while monitoring and managing global email in-boxes. Each representative should be able to answer a large percentage of questions directly, while routing deeper level questions to the appropriate resources for assistance. This position is highly visible (internally and externally) requiring excellent communication skills, flexibility and intuitive thinking. As the first point of contact for many clients or prospects, it is imperative that this person be extremely professional and customer service oriented, in order that the total client experience is positive, beginning with the Client Communication Center.

Must-Have's:

**2nd shift - 11am - 8pm**

1.) Excellent communication skills

2.) MS Office (Outlook in particular)

3.) Strong computer and typing skills

Nice-to-Have's:

- Associates or Bachelors
