JSG is assisting our global manufacturing client with an automotive direct hire, Customer Service Manager opportunity in the Sanford, NC area. The incumbent will field technical inquiries from customers, handle issues of major impact or technical complexity, and supervise the application of customer service processes.  This individual should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures with the manufacturing industry to include WCM methodologies and IATF16949 Standards.

An automotive background is an absolute must.

Qualifications:

  • BS preferred
  • ISO9001 / IATF16949
  • 15+ years’ experience in Customer Service within a manufacturing environment
  • EDI, SIGIP and SAP
  • IATF16949
  • Ability to work under pressure and time limitations to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Hands-on and self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environment.
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills to clearly express his or her ideas, communicate well with customers and all levels of the organization.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
