Johnson Service Group is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative (Level II) to support business to business client's for a global organization in Dublin, OH. 

Summary:

As part of the Customer Solutions team, the Incumbent will manage all aspects of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inquiries via phone and e-mail
  • Taking orders and follow up services.
  • May require research skills to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.
  • Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

Compensation: $19.23/hr

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
