We are currently hiring for an Aerospace company that is relocating to a different location. This will be a 3 month temporary assignment to start late October, early November.

  • Drive company vehicles (van, box truck & stake bed trucks) for inter-office transportation, to/from vendor and customer locations.
  • Provides support on construction and maintenance activities such as landscaping, framing, modular assembly, fabrication, painting, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
  • Support all department moves, adds, or changes
  • Operate a forklift to relocate materials and tooling
  • Utilize aerial platforms such as scissor and boom lifts in order to repair equipment such as lighting and banners
  • Conference room / special event setup
  • Custodial maintenance support
  • Provide preventative maintenance on all equipment such as machinery, building electrical systems, plumbing, modular systems, HVAC, etc.
  • Support EH&S mandates
  • Responsible for processing waste streams such as recycling & HazMat
  • May be involved in other areas such as supporting direct labor requirements on active projects.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Occasional overnight/out of state driving and travel required
  • Valid California driver’s license with clean DMV record
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic use of hand tools and machinery related to Facilities Maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of common building repairs such as plumbing, light carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, fabrication, etc.
  • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds
  • Forklift experience a plus
