Johnson Service Group is looking for Content Planner (GEPS) for our client in Stamford, CT. Contract thru the end of the year (10-11 months) and will focus on a support role as part of the Global content team and delivering the content to our attendees and exhibitors globally.   This role is more of a support team working on the application and making sure that the team and exhibitors / attendees are able to used the service platform correctly and get the needed information.   Will also makes suggestions on how to make it better while supporting these tickets.  No calls, simply in office support of the tool and the folks in customer service.   Primary Responsibilities • Collaborate with (GEPS) Global Exhibitor Product Services team
• Respond to client questions and problems in a timely manner
• Manage the event content Experience for our North American and LATAM events
• Review event sessions and create compelling web descriptions
• Measure content results across the business in order to ensure client feedback is the highest priority in enhancements
• Collect feedback from attendees and exhibitors on how best to improve online agenda and exhibitor portal tools
• Track enhancements of event navigator tool, and work with technical team on improvements and testing.
• Evaluate new trends and processes within the business
• Adhere to expense/budget management practices   Expected Results • Build and maintain excellent working relationships
• Engagement and effective management of suppliers
• Flawless client experience
• Flawless execution with high client satisfaction scores and strong client retention
• Achievement of financial objectives
• Exceptional operational efficiency   Key Contacts • Sponsorship Operations
• Logistics teams
• 3rd party suppliers   Education • Bachelor’s degree (events experience would be a plus)   Professional Experience • 2-3 years of work experience
• Budget management abilities

• Ability to multi-task and work in a quick changing environment
• Strong understanding of technology and ability to work in different platforms
• Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that will provide the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal colleagues at all levels
• Effective at building relationships with internal and external clients
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Effective collaboration with colleagues around the world
• Ability to travel
