Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of administrative duties and have a strong knowledge of general administration. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Must have good writing, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to process high volume of administrative work while navigating various technology platforms. Must maintain confidentiality in all aspects of sensitive information regarding various employee & non-employee types such as documents and personal information. Experience in launching and reviewing background reports. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to electronic filing and auditing of electronic files. Implement and maintain document filing and electronic storage systems. Set up and coordinate meetings as necessary. Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers and scanning machines. Must be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with detail, holding excellent verbal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and interdependently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 

Required skills: 

Must be proficient using a computer and be comfortable with the following Microsoft Office programs; (Outlook, Word, Excel). Advanced skills in Excel; creating & maintaining documents, reports, & formulas, as needed. Ability to work on multiple spreadsheets at a time. Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering. Able to type 45-50 wpm minimum. Outstanding organizational, teamwork, numerical and communication skills. World class customer service skills. Positive “can-do” attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to take direction from multiple staff members, and prioritize workload. Candidate will be expected to provide innovative solutions to special requirements, often in a high-pressure environment while working with minimum supervision. 

Education and Experience:
At least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role. Preferably 5 years, working within a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor who can take initiative and is able to support upper management roles. Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior experience supporting engineers and management in a technical environment is desired.

Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
