    Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in the Global Talent Acquisition team supporting Experienced Professional hiring needs. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and quick learner who is motivated by working in a team environment and providing excellent customer service.

    As the face of Lockheed Martin and a conduit between hiring managers and candidates, the Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality and professional interactions with the candidate throughout the hiring process. A top priority in this position is to enhance our candidates’ experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interviews scheduling and coordination, including candidate travel

• Hiring eligibility checks

• Candidate application review

• Charge Account and Billing Reconciliation

• Background verification

• Requisition audits and closure in the Applicant Tracking System in support of compliance

This role will be assigned to a team of Recruiters who have high volumes of requisitions. The role will also organize and oversee hiring events such as job fairs, career days, and other recruiting activities in the community as needed. This includes ensuring candidate interview days are well planned for and coordinated, run smoothly, and adhere to our staffing process.

Day to day responsibilities include maintaining staffing files, incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls, including handling of sensitive and proprietary information, travel and other activities, as needed. Responsible for typing reports and correspondence, ensuring the correctness of format, spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc.

• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Organizational skills

• Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Demonstrated time management skills

• Human Resources knowledge, specifically in Talent Acquisition

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks and 5 Years or more of experience
