Responsibilities: 
• Stock control for all Creform parts, setting min/max levels for optimum stock levels. 
• The design of all Creform structures from concept to execution. 
• Supervision of Creform Build team. 
• Sets work priority on a daily basis, schedules all build dates to meet customer demand. 
• Works with production teams to optimize work station designs Inc. safety. 
• Builds Creform structures. 
• Orders all parts required for work stations builds (all non Creform items) 
• Presents daily / weekly progress to manager in 8:30 AM stand up meeting. 
• Estimates and measures each job in man hours and inputs data into capacity plan. 
• Measures team members against estimated hours. 
• Responsible for housekeeping and 5S standards of Creform build area. 
• Trains technicians in safe use of all power tools, saws, etc. in Creform area. 
• Safety checks and preventative maintenance schedule for machinery in Creform area. 
• Quality checks of all structures before dispatch. 
• Co-ordinates with Engineers, Managers and Directors for Creform requests. 
• Delivery of all committed deadlines on time. 
Required Skills and Experience: 
• High school degree or higher 
• Successful completion of the 90 day technician trainee development program at the company, or comparable training program or similar work experience inclusive of direct mentorship with experienced/master technicians from another advanced spacecraft manufacturer within the last 3 years 
• Agrees extended working hours to meet build schedule. 
• At least 3 to 6 month experience designing and building Creform structures. 
• Able to adapt to constant changing work assignments and fast paced work environment. 
• Excellent concentration and attention to detail with outstanding work efficiency and high accuracy. 
• Ability to use MS Office. 
• Proven track record of dependable performance and attention to detail. 
• Outstanding work efficiency and high accuracy. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong organizational, skills, leadership abilities, multitasking abilities, and problem solving skills 
• Ability to meet deadlines and have a “whatever it takes” attitude to complete assignments 
• Must be able to be self-directed and motivated to achieve department goals 
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds 
• Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching are generally required to perform the functions of this position'
