MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS  

  1. Typically 7+ years of experience in a technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, website development,
  2. office, etc)
  3. Extensive data compilation and program tracking knowledge and experience from a coaching / mentoring aspect
  4. Extensive knowledge and experience in reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel from a coaching / mentoring aspect
  5. Extensive knowledge and experience in organization and delivery of training plus a high degree of presentation skills  from a coaching / mentoring aspect
  6. Extensive knowledge and experience in  policy / procedure including developing / leading / coaching throughout projects,
  7. Extensive knowledge of  benchmarking and document mapping
  8. Extensive knowledge and experience in regulatory Quality Systems (FAA, etc), Quality Assurance interpretation, methodology and techniques in coaching / mentoring and development

ADDITIONAL DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Additional qualifications that are “preferred”, but not required)

Certified Industry Auditor

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – Performed with Minimal or No Supervision

  1. Supplier assessment / approval / maintenance plus guidance and / or leadership from a coaching / mentoring aspect
  2.  Quality System Database and tech data updates (manual, procedure and flowchart development)
  3.  Inter-departmental assistance in QA related activity, i.e., Audit follow-up, training / coordination follow-up, Supplier Quality follow-up and coordination from a coaching / mentoring aspect
  4. Technology support / input / guidance / leadership ((web page development / support / and input)
  5. Development / coordination / training of QA related materials, i.e., SQM, Auditing, PMA
  6. Organize and perform other QA related activities (i.e., project related activity, Monthly Reports, reporting needs) from a coaching / mentoring aspect as required
