Regional Sales Manager, Heavy Equipment / Construction

We have an excellent, stable Heavy Construction Equipment Sales Manager career opportunity working for an established, global off-road equipment and heavy machinery manufacturer. Competitive salary, company vehicle, excellent benefits available.

Responsibilities Include:

* Overall, the Sales Manager will manage and develop product sales to customers, businesses, and dealer network and grow market share throughout North America

* Develop relationships with dealers and customers; conduct dealer/customer training and promotion; and regularly review dealer sales data and action plans

* Develop, maintain, and manage sales plans to dealers and dealer capability to deliver a quality customer experience

* Manage company’s interest, plans and goals to exceed customer needs

* Market and sell products to achieve market share objectives

* Facilitate sales training, familiarizing them on best practices and assisting with sales process


* B.S. Degree, prefer Business, Technical, or related education

* 7+ years of Construction Equipment, Off-Road Machinery, or similar Heavy Equipment Sales Experience

* Knowledge and proficiency with Construction / Heavy Equipment and Machinery operations, technologies, industries, and applications

* Good Verbal / Written Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Financial Skills, and Negotiation Skills

* Ability to Travel approximately 80% Nationwide
