JSG is assisting our growing technology client with a direct hire, Sales Account Manager opportunity. The incumbent will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, maintaining monthly sales forecasts, conducting prospecting calls and developing new client relationships within a defined territory.

Duties:

  • Identify potential enhancements in products and services that positively impact our clients
  • Assist in resolving sales and/or delivery issues
  • Consult with clients on needs analysis and business objectives
  • Develop innovative proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations
  • Deliver actionable, insightful recommendations to clients for products or services

Required:

  • BS: Business or similar
  • 2+ years of experience successfully managing a sales territory
  • Familiarity with fundraising and development, financial management, multi-channel marketing and non-profit management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, client needs assessments and business cases
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize, manage and execute an annual sales plan
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects at the same time
  • Must be highly proficient with MS Windows and MS Office, Salesforce is also a strong plus
  • Experience selling software to small businesses or non-profits is required
