Job Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate must be a self-starter and be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

The position will lead the SalesForce.com duties within the Efficient Energy Systems (EES) division of the company, with partial support of the Commercial Unmanned Aerial Systems division. 

Duties include:

  • Provide day-to-day end user SalesForce.com support for approximately 50 users.
    • Create and manage user accounts and groups including security configuration.
    • Add, delete and modify users as employees are hired, transferred or leave the organization.
    • Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflows.
    • Ability to maintain and design advanced Reports, Dashboards and Business Process automation.
    • Responsible for maintaining and optimizing Salesforce customization and development.
    • Ability to upload data into SalesForce.com.
    • Knowledge and ensuring Best-Practice usage of Salesforce.
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
    • Help lead the efforts to properly organize and clean-up old SalesForce.com data.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously.

  • Implement and maintain additional applications such as: DocuSign, ServiceCloud, HubSpot, etc.
  • Training & User Adoption
    • Develop training materials and documentation, keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new users and ongoing training sessions.

Required Qualifications & Background

  • Must be highly proficient using SalesForce.com, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of SalesForce.com experience.
  • SalesForce.com certificate preferred.
  • Experience with dashboard development and implementing applications to SalesForce.com.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be capable of professionally and effectively training users.
  • Must be able to influence stakeholders to drive solutions.
