Salesforce Manager


  • Leading the Support of current web applications, portals and systems by developing enhancements, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, system integration, and QA testing.
  • Manages the Integration of applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
  • Coordinates with software providers and end users, to gather business requirements, define site objectives, envision system features and functionality.
  • Manages all aspects of the technical footprint for
  • Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
  • Supports users by developing documentation, assistance tools and providing comprehensive training.
  • Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.



  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • At least 5-year experience in Web Application development. 
  • Experience with CRM including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Support is a plus, CPG industry experience is preferred. 
  • Knowledgeable with SQL Server database objects, data migration and data management activities.
  • Hands on experience in troubleshooting user level Techno-functional issues, enhancements and overall support of a post-implementation.
  • Solid understanding of web application development best practices, Internet Information Server (IIS) and the basic operation of websites, Application Pools, IIS Administration, the IIS Metabase, Ports, SSL Certifications (security certificates and wildcard certificates).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
