Johnson Service Group is currently seeking Service Coordinators to act as the first point of contact, helping guide and deliver a client experience that will drive business forward. 

Service Coordinators will join the Operations team to assist handling client questions via phone, chat and an email queue surrounding an HR software platform. 

The incumbents should have a passion for client service, embrace compassion in their interactions, work effectively as a team, and uphold excellence from one another!

Responsibilities

  • Resolve system and services related inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a high volume inbound contact center environment
  • Be the first line of contact in order to provide day-to-day support to clients who are on the platform, ensuring they have an exceptional experience
  • Respond timely, efficiently and accurately to calls and cases, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
  • Utilize CRM software, scripts, and tools appropriately
  • Engage applicable departments, team members and resources based on a client’s immediate needs
  • Establish and maintain a professional and positive working relationship with external clients as well as coworkers to promote a cohesive environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Internship or at least 6 months' experience in a client or customer service-driven role
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Prior experience utilizing a CRM system preferred
  • Ability to use critical thinking, complex problem solving skills and independent judgement to resolve issues
  • Proven self-starter, taking ownership and accountability over your work
  • Excellent verbal (telephony) and written (email/chat) skills
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, toggle between phone, email, chat and 1-2 computer monitors.
  • Strong time management and decision making skills.
